  • Reviewing the CFO Framework to consider how to record and measure workplace mental health impacts.

  • Benchmarking with existing published financial data related to mental health in the workplace
  • Picking relevant key indicators that can be followed forward to assess the impact on workplace mental health.
  • Considering ways to measure the risk abatement and return on investment of the organizational mental health strategy.
