Feedback Loop

Create feedback loops from all stakeholders:

  • Feedback to and from employees is essential to engage them and to assure them that the organization hears and supports their concerns.
  • Middle managers, on average, are at the highest risk of all employees to develop mental health disorders and their mental health may be an indicator to overall organizational mental health.
  • Health and wellness staff often see the “casualties” of change and work-place stress and can identify when “poisoned” work environments exist.
  • Human Resources may first encounter mental health disorders disguised as a performance problem or an interpersonal conflict.
  • The union can play a critical role in organizational culture and wellness. Collaborating with them will improve successful outcomes.
  • The community can provide valuable feedback and support about the success of your plan.
